i have an amd duron 800 asus a7v 133. can i use this much and type of ram?

I believe you should be fine. The original A7V with the KT-133 chipset supports high density memory with no issues to note, so your A7V133 (KT-133a) should offer support as well. To play it safe, make sure the vendor you purchase the memroy from allows for a refund or exchange just in case the results are not as expected.
