Besides bizrate and reseller ratings there is ratingwonders.com. http://www.ratingwonders.com/
But you could also go to http://www.bbb.com/ and see if the company has alot of Better Business Bureau complaints against them.

Is there another biz rating service other than resellerratings? I checked the place I want to order from and there's not much on them.
