I just got a 256 meg module of PC2100 non parity,un-buffered CAS 2.5 ram from them for 97 bucks shipped to my door by UPS.

What' the part number for the PC2100 memory that you got for $97? I could only see $107.99 (w/ECC) or $98.99 (unbuffered Non-party).

I'm not sure if you had any typo, the part # you indicated was for 256MB of PC1600 not PC2100 which should be CT3264Z202 (Unbuffered Nonparty 2.5CL) for $98.99 or CT3264Z202 (Unbuffered ECC 2.5CL) for $107.99.
