Which is more reliable? Sandra or Motherboard?

My motherboard reports my CPU temperature about 5 or 6' Celsius higher than Sandra does! Just to check, I removed my fan and touched the CPU today and it wasn't very warm--in fact it didn't feel warm at all--but the motherboard was reporting my chip at 43' Celsius while Sandra said 35. Which should I believe?

neither-to be accurate get a thermometer and if it doesnt feel warm to the touch then you have no worries
