Hi c3p0-11n
This is a free download of Simmtester (http://www.simmtester.com/PAGE/products/doc/docinfo.asp)
I haven't tried it myself, but others here have and perhaps they can give you more info about it.
Also, you could post the numbers off the chips and we might be able to track them down for you.
Hope this helps. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Thanks Socalgal for the link to Dr. memory.I have not tried it but will. I am really looking to identify what I have out in my hand and the Doc sounds like a quality tester. I have:
2 sticks of samsung KMM5361000A G-7
1MX36 P/N:71F7010
FRU:64F3604
After reading Tom's book I believe this is a 4MB stick and parity or ECC
2 sticks of OKI but the only markings I can find are on the chips them selves and a sticker on the back
chips: K514400A-70SJ 23055119A9Z
sticker: MSC23136-70BS12
2 sticks chips: TI -70 TMS44400DS TC 4BZE090
no sticker
Thanks again for your help and info
