A IT tech at work likes Elsa products, so I got one of these.

After the techbargains $10.00 coupon, it's $20, Kewl.

Running it now, and it didn't even ask for the drivers disc on this ME powered machine.

BBBBBBBBBBBut it's a WIN modem! EEK! By the way, do know of a place where I can get canned air(dusters) in quantity like 12 or 24-can cases? I've looked high and low and am unable to track it down. I would appreciate any help. It's so expensive buying it 1 or 2 cans at a time and they don't last long. Been thinking about bringing my dry nitrogen bottle home from the shop.

Errr, Toad.

Does the word " EXTERNAL " mean anything ??

Does the word "Winmodem" and " PCI " kinda go together, or NOT ??

Unless you're running a 166mhz, even a "winmodem" will work, ok anyhow.

I've got lots of the little cpu sucking devices running, and when I check "System Monitor" there is NO noticble difference with the winmodem running or not.
Get online, check cpu%, trip the modem, check cpu%, COMPARE.

yEAH sure they draw a little, but most of us here have rather modern machines,, I think.. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
