I'll keep this short and to the point--the company above, 123cdc.com, does NOT deliver what they promise. This company took three weeks to deliver my order, had abysmal customer support, and sold me used merchandise.
I ordered a new OEM Voodoo3. I received a used, retail model. I confirmed both of these facts with 3dfx by asking them to track the card by its model number.
The company, however, has refused to honor any warranty or replacement.
When the card arrived it was unstable at stock speed. I removed the heatsink and found that the heatsink and core were physically damaged from overheating. I had no real choice since I needed the card immediately--so I replaced the card's improper cooling and it now runs perfectly.
Because I was forced to repair the defective piece of merchandise I received because I needed a video card immediately, I am simply SOL. I admit to being at fault here--but my countercharge is that I was NOT sold what I paid for. At the least, I should be able to return the card.
So, once again, I'd avoid this company. Long ship times, bad support, and no real guarantee of getting what you paid for.
