I was running speedisk the other day, and it was taking forever. It normaly takes me about 15 minutes to defrag my 40gig video capture drive, and it was taking around nine hours. The only thing I had installed recently was winamp. It wasn't running at the time, but had it's little icon on the left side of the task bar next to IE. I uninstalled it, and what do you know. Defrag times back to normal. Winamp was not installed on the same drive as I was defraging, but the only mp3s I had listened to were. Anyone have similair experience, and maybe an explanation? Thanks.
