Can anyone tell me how long one packet should take to crunch on an avg.?

In other words is 20 min.s too long?

If you could please post system (cpu,OS,ram)and how long it takes to crunch one packet?

Win98se
Amd k-6 2 500
192 meg of pc100 ram
