Overstock.com has a $20 off $50 offer that you can find at techbargains.com that appears to be totally legitimate to me. Now, for the good stuff:
USR External Fax Modem $86-20=$66
Sony Supressa External USB 4x4x6x CDRW $212-$20=$192 (only USB drive you will find anywhere for under $200)
RIO 300's $99-20-$50rebate??(I think it's still valid)=$30(less than a 32mb smartmedia card)
Also, all this has free shipping. I think the coupon expires in a day or two, though. Hope this is helpful to someone.

Hey Rmcky: YGM! Overstock is a good site. My daughter bought a JVC Am/FM/Casette/CDChanger
from them for $190.00, list was $324.00 and it works great. Highly recommend Overstock.com

Many of the products have only a 90 day manufacturer warranty!

jad1097, I noticed that, too. Don't really know what's up with that, because they don't list them as refurbs or anything like that. I figured maybe that's what they listed, if they didn't know, because I figure Sony warrants those Suppressa drives for a year just like any other manufacturer. If it comes in the retail packaging, I don't see how they could change the warranty, since it's all on standard cards inside. Even so, most computer and electronics stuff I have had to return for a defect occurred well within 90 days, usually within the first week. I can't really vouch for this company, personally, since my only dealings with them was to order one of those USR modems which hasn't arrived yet. I probably wouldn't have even done that at $86, since I didn't even need a modem, but that is a great deal on at at $66, I've seen the same modem many places lately priced from $130-150, so for half price on a quality piece of equipment, I'll put it up as a spare. Also, the RIO is an outstanding buy at $30 and I checked, the rebate is still in effect. I'd get another myself, except I've already received one rebate.

thekingofpain, this is one of those websites that requires you enable cookies on your browser, but you need to go to www.techbargains.com (http://www.techbargains.com) first and link through from there to get the $20 coupon credited to your new account. Hope this helps.
