Is there a way to track/find an IP address?

I have Zone Alarm and am constantly or regularly being pinged by a certain IP address. Is this normal and is there a way to connect or track the IP address? Thanks.

Try all that you can find. I like SamSpade the best. I use it on the F-Body board I am a moderator on.
