Where can I get an external US Robotics 56k modem for under $120?

Just looking for an external modem for under 120? I prefer Supramax or us robotics.

Us Robtoics External. I hope you don't mean a Courier. You'd only have a couple options with a Courier. Magic or waiting outside Compusa until someone else buys one and then... Errr, anyway. Try http://www.pricewatch.com. You should find lots of Sportster externals there for a good price, through different companies of course. External is the only way to go too! Glad you've got the right idea here! Might I suggest though, if you CAN find the Couriers for a good price, buy it, buy it, buy it. It's the best 56k modem on the planet. Had mine since 95. Upgraded it free from 28.8 to 33.6 and then to 56k...

I just got an external us robotics sportster 33.6 that was already upgraded to 56k standards for 28 dollars including shipping (so I didnt even have to open the unopened original software for drivers since win98 already had them)thru an auction site called haggle.com and it kicks *** and runs great!No probs whatsoever.. So I guess what I'm saying here is that you might want to do some research where Alzarius said or anyplace else you can think of cuz it pays to do some serious searching and price comparison when looking for a good deal... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
