The pricing I find on that is SO So.. You can find the the parts off of Pricewatch for less (although all the parts are not from the same vendor) So It would kinda depend on what you have avalible locally or where you are located versus the vendors and their shipping charges.

Given the new athlons out there, I'd not take a dual processor board for anything other than a windows NT OS load, as you wouldn't gain much from the dual processor set-up.
As you mention that you're going to use this as a server, if you go with NT Server, then it looks like fun. If you are going to be the only user on a little home network, I wouldn't spend the money. If this is an office web server, or possibly a multi-player game server - then it looks like a good deal.
Another thing to consider - processor-wise, this board may or may not work with windows 2000 which calls for something in the 400mHz range as a base requirement ( which means you wouldn't want it - MS has always been chincy with their base requirements like win95 working on 4 mb RAM ) RAM is okay, but you probably won't be able to upgrade much above what's on the market today.
Save a little more money and look at a good AMD Athlon 550 CPU on a supported board. There's more of a life-span there than with this board.
Axel I disagree.
I have this board and it is............AWSOME!!
you can get those 366's to 500 EASY with a little coling. And that will not only run 2000 it will ROCk it. I'd say go for it!
