I called VA about a WD drive, and a printer, and found out a couple of things. One, they are starting to train their employees on a new system, which will enable them to offer different shipping options. Two, supposedly, the supplier for the WD drive I ordered is in PA, and on backorder... Three, they have four call centers. Four, supposedly, the guy said, they received 15K orders in the last five days....
