How do I post a picture here?

Hey everyone, I just built my first computer and want to put some pictures in my post but since I have forgotten all the HTML I ever learned, I cant remember how. Can someone show me how do do it through this BBS? I have an old website I can upload them too, I think that what I have to do is put a link to my post, but I want it to actually open up, not be a link. Thanks!
