Ok, I give up, I need some cash. here are the specs:
http://www.pcchips.com/m761man.html
My board looks just like the one below(infact, it is) with the following exceptions:
1.) No CPU retention clips, but perfect for P3/celeron
2.) I added a $10 heatsink to the 440bx chip to lengthen life span.
Here is the PIC:

Tell me if you are interested, I can give you a good deal on Windows 98 (just the CD, no license, but will include generic reg. code.) if you buy the board. Last, I have a retail P2 heatsink I can throw in for cheap.

Considering this is your third thread regarding the matter, I'll say something.
Cobain, there is such a thing as supply and demand. If there is more supply than demand, price drops on the product in order for it to sell. It means when people can get something similar to what they want for a certain price, then a seller has to offer an equivalent product at an equal/better price.
Obviously, there hasn't been much demand for your product. If you really want it to sell, why don't you lower the price and generate some interest that way instead of creating new threads?
If things remain as they have been, I may (my subjective discretion http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif) begin locking any new threads you attempt to start regarding this matter from this point on. Please don't clutter our board with your attempt to sell one item.
Thanks.

Ok, How does $45 sound? That is with nothing but the Board, Manual, and Driver disk. I can give you a second Driver disk with PC-Chillin on it, a retail P2 sink, and a Sunon 120mm fan (5v=quite, 12v=fast) for an extra $20. This board does have onboard A3D sound, AGP 2x compatable, and all the standard goodies that go with ATX. Email me if you are interested. I can work through an online trade place, like where thay take both parties' items and money, test both, and send them, but you will pay for any fees associated with such a place.

For a brand new M748 with sound (the same manufacturer), video and 56K modem I had to pay $100 (Canadian) with one year warranty and both CD's. Where is the deal?

Well, lets see... 56k+video=$35, motherboard for sale for $45, that = $70, not $100! Willing to pay $30 for a warantee, fine. Becides, I consider offers, just ask.
