Hello, I'm not sure how to go about this,
I have two PCs, and I want to change the hard drives around between them.
PC-A has a 12GB (MASTER C)
and a 6GB (SLAVE D)
PC-B has a 12GB (MASTER C) drive only
note the BIOS limits it to 8.4GB.

I'm adding to this mix a new 6GB hard drive. OK here goes, in PC-B replace the 12GB hard drive with the new 6GB hard drive, using DRIVECOPY, or Norton Ghost, or something so do not have to reinstall everything. This part looks easy, the next part is where it gets hairy.
In PC-A replace the 6GB (SLAVE D) hard drive with the 12GB hard drive from PC-B and in doing so moving the contents from the 6GB to the formatted clean and re partitioned 12GB hard drive from PC-B. This is what I don't know how to go about it how do you copy a slave drive? the ribbin cable only has two places to attach hard drives. is there a way of doing this?
Last in PC-B add the 6GB hard drive from PC-A as a slave drive.

Thank you
Jim
