SPEEDO lynchmob 09-10-2001, 03:24 PM See if it shutsdown in safe mode.If so,that narrows it down to somthing in windows. Try disableing any sound file that plays during shutdown. See if fast shutdown is enabled in msconfig.Turn off if it is. Check for anything unfamiliar in the startup section of msconfig. If somthing is there you dont recall being there, uncheck it. Try shutting down after trying these things.HTH lynch Xeroid 09-10-2001, 08:16 PM Speedo, look Here (http://www.aumha.org/a/shtdwnme.htm) for some possible answers.
