Online. Check the User to User forum of this board, and other boards if you do not mind used. Otherwise, head on over to www.resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com) and check which online vendors have the best ratings.

Start with www.pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) and then cross-check the ones that look good against Reseller Ratings here at SysOpt.
Beware of those with ridiculously low prices for Ram, they make up the difference in shipping/handling of $20 or more. Sometimes they still end up the lowest including shipping, but check it yourself.
