hmm im looking for a davice that can read DVD-RAM, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, CD-DA CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-I and it should also burn DVD-R DVD-ROM DVD-RAM CD-R and CD-RW an it has to be external and is possible have a TV-out port and mpeg 2 decoding

As of right now, I know of no drives that can do all you ask. That's quite a wish list, and if a drive does exist that can do all that, it probably'll cost ya your first born child, considering that a DVD-R writer like the Pioneer S201 DVD-R costs about $6000.00.

And that's for DVD-ROM only, not DVD-RAM.
