I'll bet you that if you take out your sb 128 pci and then check your frame rates they will be a lot higher...try it and see, you'll be surprised at the improvement http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif.

The SD11 is based on Athlon's 751 chipset. Now, I can't claim I've experienced this firsthand, but I've heard horrible stories concerning the GeForce's compatibility with that chipset. This may be the problem (hopefully it isn't).
I remember reading a lenghty article at Toms Hardware (http://www.tomshardware.com) that concerned this. Try here (http://www5.tomshardware.com/blurb/00q1/000210/index-03.html). Basically, your GeForce may be forcing your mobo to use only 1x AGP settings. I'm not sure if this 'bug' only affects mobos that use all AMD chipsets (the "Irongate"); yours is part-AMD-part-VIA. Just some food for thought. Perhaps a little research will dig up some info, or someone here will know more. I really hope this gets figured out! I know how annoying slow graphics are...!

You have a T-bird in an SD11??
First of all FLASH the BIOS
Reinstall the VIA chipset drivers for the SD11 and then the AMD drivers. Make sure that the BIOS option "video bios cacheable" is disabled and "AGP 2x" is enabled. Also check the AGP aperature I suggest setting it to about 1/4 your system memory to start with.
Finally, try installing the reference drivers from nvidia.
Oh yeah, not a good idea to have any card occupying the PCI slot that is next to the AGP slot.
Good luck to you.
