I put in two new HDs. I'm getting a mesage in Sys Properties - Performance, that Drive D and E are using MSD DOS Compatibility Mode file system. Clicking on Device Mgr I see a conflict on Secondary IDE Controller (dual fifo). Clicked on the item and diag box indicates in device status that "this device is either not present, not working or does not have all the drivers installed. (Code 10) Try updating the device drivers for this device" Clicked on update drivers and it says I have the most current driver installed already and it will continue to use current driver for Secondary IDE Controller. Drive D is HD as Primary and E is CD as slave on secondary cable?? What am I missing? What is the best way to correct.
