How do I capture audio off a DVD.

How do I record a snipet of audio off a DVD. The DVD player is internal on my laptop. I've got powerDVD and sound forge 4.5 if that helps. I'm sure I could just use the microphone, but there's got to be another way.

you can use flask mpeg to capture the audio. you can get it from www.flaskmpeg.net (http://www.flaskmpeg.net) a great program. btw you have to 'rip' the dvd which may be illegal with a ripper such as smart ripper both can be found on the net but be careful with copy write laws!
