Can somebody please explain to me how in dreamweaver you can get webpages to automatically resize depending on monitor size. So that if you have a smaller monitor you dont have to scroll miles to see the rest of the page, there is probably a very simple solution but I would appreciate any ideas on this one.

Thanks IFreeman

The way that I do this in Frontpage is to put the content in a table and make the table size as a percentage of the screen. I generally use 80% and give the table border a size of 0. This is just a basic idea and should work in Dreamweaver. Hope it helps,

Jeff

Thanks for the response Jgargac will this work for pages that have already been completed? As I have created a website all the pages contain more than one frame so can I just create a table and somehow insert the already created page into the table or is there an easier way to alter an already made webpage as I dont want to have to redo the whole thing again.I would be very grateful for any inputs please.

You can edit the dimensions of tables that are already created. I have found, though, that you have to be creative when doing this. Trial & Error will get you what you want. Sometimes, it will change the formatting and you have to close the pages w/o saving and start over. Hope this helps,

Jeff

You can also create a table, highlight your entire pages, and drag it into the table.
