Is an IBM PC/XT worth anything?

I have an IBM PC/AT 8086 4.77 MHz system and was wondering (in light of the recent Altair post saying it was selling for $4400) if this system is a sought after collectors item. Is this system " too new" (LOL).

If I were you, I'd chuck it on e-Bay and let the buying public decide just how valuable it really is!

You never know, you might harvest a couple of grand from the thing if it's in good condition!!!

Wow. It is in good shape but I have not booted it up or anything yet. I'll post a picture of it here when I get a chance to let you guys see the relic and to see fi you guys can tell me if the monitor is an original monitor or not.
