Help with Netmeeting!

I'm trying to get NetMeeting to work from my office. I can easily connect with other computers at the workplace, but I'm having touble connecting with another company's computers. I can ping my target succesfully, but cannot get NetMeeting to connect. We have a SecurIT firewall; is that causing problems?

I'd appreciate any help; I've told my company getting NetMeeting running would save them $1000's in travel expenses, but the stupid company they contract their IT **** to won't support it.

I think you got it. The firewall on each needs to allow NetMeeting to run thru it.
