When I open Outlook Express 5 from within IE5, everything works fine. When I open OE5 independent of IE5, it crashes my computer when I close out of the application.

It would be nice to know what's going on but at least I have a "fix".

I took a quick look at MS's knowledge base but didn't find a specific answer. Try doing a search there under Outlook Express. Use keywords like 'hang' or 'crash' one word at a time. http://support.microsoft.com/support/c.asp?
