Yes, I used to use that software...but when I found out about Spyware files that came with the downloaded copy I just scrapped it.
It seems like a very useful piece of software, but there are tons out there just like it.

PS. WHen i downloaded Netsonic a while back they had a link to download Gator also. I scrapped Netsonic because it seemed to be slowing my net speed and not increasing it. Have they improved any? Let me know.

Looking to enable someone to change your life with a key-stroke??

Unless you PLAN to supply false info on every form you fill out on the web,

or run a paper recycling co in need of junk mail material,

I'd say you are MUCH better off taking that out of your system,,,,, -

If you insist on keeping it - download a firewall software pack and protect yourself - otherwise someone will get your info and use you.

Same for filling out on-line family tree info - they get mom's maiden name and you just compromised the security on half a dozen things you forgot about......

be careful..........

I won't use it if it contains spyware. Did you find the spyware with optout?
thanks

good point Axel. I was just wondering of it could be configured to only do certain parts like just name and address and passwords. I wouldn't even think about it if it keeps CC info. I do use zonealarm.
Usernames and passwords are stored with cookies, wouldn't this program use cookies also? What would be the difference?

See...thats another reason I like W2K...the OS will do that without using a 3rd party program.

It remembers your passwords and fills out forms automatically. I wouldn't use it for anything big just online ordering. http://www.gator.com/free.html
