I'm building a machine that should be done around christmas. It seems like XP is the way to go. But Does anybody know How Much Will It Cost. I though the $570 price tag on office xp was rediculous. Also will the home version allow me to network more than two computers?

probably around 200-300 fullversion and + - 200 the upgrade

I don't think the prices have been set yet, but I would imagine they will fall closely to the Windows 2000 pricerange. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if they offered a discounted version at first like they did for Windows Me users (you could upgrade from 98 to Me for $49 as opposed to the $89 normal upgrade cost.).

I'll be sticking with windows 2000 pro. I've use an beta XP at school and I didnt like it much or the new interface.
