When I try to print envelope, defaults to wrong format. How do I change the default format for printing envelopes??

When you are in the Envelopes and Labels dialogue window, click Options... button, which will take you to the Envelope Options dialogue window where you can choose whatever size envelope you want.

I have done that, but is there a way to make my selection permanent. If I hit reset in the dialouge box it goes to the right format. When I restar, the wrong selection appears.

Yes, it is possible (depends on the printer type) but initially you have to change the settings in the properties folder (of the printer) and make it default for the envelope and the same thing in document settings of the printer + overwrite the default setting of the (printer) paper size.

Adelaide the answer lies in the software. When I go to the "print Envelopes" it shows the wron format. If I hit reset, it defaults to the correct format, the one that I want. It does not appear to be in the sprinter setup.
