We have a user that has 3 email addresses associated with her mailbox (Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5). When she receives email from one of these addresses (one that's on a web page - ya know, "click here to email us" type thing) she wants an email reply sent to that individual with a predefined message and subject.
I'm trying to figure out how to do this under these circumstances. I know how to setup a rule that will send a reply when a message comes in meeting certain criteria, but I can't find that certain criteria that's needed to setup the rule. I can't setup the rule based on the Sent to field because the email address doesn't have its own mailbox so it doesn't show up in the Global Address List. Her name shows up in it, but we don't want every message sent to her to get this automatic reply, only one's that email that address. The subject can be different from sender to sender, too, so I can't use that one. Any ideas other than creating an individual mailbox for this email address and then setting up rules that way? Let me know what you think. Thanks.
