Here's the problem. The old DOS command MODE does the trick of remapping LPT port info to the COM-attached device. It works in windows without noticeable problems UNTIL two programs begin to use the same LPT-remapped-to-COM port, then the system hangs.
Is there a windows Program that does the equivalent of MODE in dos? If not, is there a way to do it some other way?
