That's awesome Man! How much does tuition cost there? Do you have T1 lines? Computers w/ zip drives?

When I first went to ARC in 1989, it cost $5 a unit to a ceiling limit charge of $50. Naturally, we didn't have internet access then. Now, it costs $13 a unit, and they have internet access, but it's 56k. Still sucks.

The tuition is in line with other state schools, we are part of the University of Akron.

Yes some of the computers have zip drives, DVD drives and CDRW drives. The current line speed is very fast, somewhere in the T3 area. And it's supposed to get faster by fall.

I am not bragging, but I just found out that my school, The University of Akron Wayne College, is #2 on Yahoo's most wired 2-year Colleges.
