Money 99

I have Money 99 financial suite and I keep getting a file corruption possible error and cant open the file.

I have tried the recommended fix my microsoft but I cant restore the back-up I keep getting the same error all the time no matter what I do.

Am I doomed or can anyone help????????

What was the MS fix you tried - link?

What OS are you running?

Sry shud have put more dets on.

Running Win 98.

When I start my Money file I get 'money could not open your file and will close. Your file may be corrupt.'

The fix I tried is :

Start menu
run
msmoney -s filename (where filename is complete path to money file)

This is supposed to repair the file but it doesnt I continually get the same error even after reloading the backup file.
