Looking for a tweak for win exploer in win2k

I remember seeing a tweak to make windows explorer open in the C: drive instead of the default My Documents (Win2K). Can someone post the link or give me the registry tweak?

I actually found the link for what i wanted here it is http://www.rojakpot.com/Other_Articles/Win2K_Tips/Explorer_Shortcut/Explorer_Shortcut.htm . I cheated and did it the super easy way. I did a search for "Explorer.scf". Once i found it i created a short cut to my desktop. when clicked on it opens win explorer at my C: drive.

click on properties of expl. icon and change path "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe" to
"%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\"

that's it.
