I remember seeing a tweak to make windows explorer open in the C: drive instead of the default My Documents (Win2K). Can someone post the link or give me the registry tweak?

I cheated and did it the super easy way. I did a search for "Explorer.scf". Once i found it i created a short cut to my desktop. when clicked on it opens win explorer at my C: drive.
