I am unable to move my folders around on my start menu. It's a new laptop I'm setting up for a friend and I would like the start menu to look half way decent. I can move the items on my 98 machine w/IE 5.5 but not his. any suggestions?

Right clicking the start menu and exploring it doesn't allow you to move them?
