Help wanted:
Laptop specific:
Within the Win Powermanagement you can define an Alarm at certain low energy levels of your battery. But the lowest setting under WinXP seems to be 18% (at least in my Beta2). Is it possible to change this in the Windows Registry or so?
It is plain stupid to get a warning (or shut down the computer) when you have still 18% power left! Before (under Win2K and WinME) I always set a warning at ~8% and made the computer go into hybernate around ~2%.
I would like to set it up this way again!

Thanks,

No other Beta-Testers on SysOpt??
Am I the only one that has WinXP?

Doesn't anyone have a clue how to solve the enery-level-alarm problem?

With your setup, how is the licensing? Is the hardware based code an issue as far as you are concerned?

My beta 1 in Control Panel, Power Options, allows any sort of shutdown/hibernate, etc., all in increments of 1 minute...
