Need IE 5.0 COMCTL32.DLL (Repair Issue)

Went to run the IE 5.0 repair and was advised "Version 5.80.2014.216 of COMCTL32.DLL exists but version needs to be greater than 5.80.3214.1000." Can someone show me how to get the latest version of this DLL so I don't have to uninstall and reinstall IE5. Or if it will work, send as an attachment to runningtofast@yahoo.com and I'll replace the old one. Note: Whereas the beta version of IE 5.0 had the repair in Tools on tool bar, the regular version has it in the remove programs control panel when you select MSIE 5 tools and hit remove--may not be news to this group but it was to me.

Disregard. Fixed and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Diamond's Monster Fusion driver software for replacing my COMCTL.DLL file with an older version. Ref: MS Personal Support Center "Problems After Installing Monster Fusion Driver..."
