media player 7

i have uninstalled and reinstalled windows media player 7, and it still plays any divx upside down, however after my secound reinstall it plays no video in v.7, but still upside down in v6.4. This happens with any divx, but they will play rightside up in realplayer or blaze media pro, but it is always choppy in those two......has anyone experience this before

oh and no suggestions to turn my monitor upside down :-)
