maximise applications by default

Can applications be forced to always start maximised? If so, how is it done?

Right Click on Shortcut->Shortcut Tab->RUN and change to MAX

Thanks Steve, how about when the application is started from double clicking a file that is associated with it?

You could try doing a search in Sysopt, i think this topic was discussed once, may have to play around with the reg. files.
