I've been using Big Fix for several months. It seems to do what it says it will: keep your pc up-to-date. Its not adware, and you can always refuse any suggested updates. I run it about once a week.

Ok nice program. I installed at least 8 patches. I don'tknow what it says about Microsoft products that all 8 patches were to Internet Explorer.
