What would the best way to get rid of Win2000 on my computer without a reformat?
I set Win2000 up as a dual boot and I want to save my Win98. How to I get rid of the dual boot screen? I imagine that I can just dump the winNT folder, but what about other files?
Thanks, David!

You have to edit the "Boot.INI" in the root directory. I'm not 100% sure, but I think this will do: (p.s. wait for a few more suggestions to make sure, this worked for me using one of the whistler betas)
[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=C:\
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
C:\="Microsoft Windows"

Thanks for the idea. I finally just reinstalled win98 & then redid all of my little system tweaks. Back to normal!
Thanks again, David!

Why would you want to? So you can see the Blue Screen of Death every 10 seconds?

Guss I am just plain lucky or something. I can honestly say that Win98se has been an extremly stable operating system for me. I can say that in the last year I might have gotten the blue screen of death maybe on the average of once a month. All failures were in trying to access the zip drive. It seems that there may be a slight bios / zip drive imbalance. Even on overclocked systems it is stable. But then I do spend quite bit of time fine tuning my systems to remove uneeded TSR's and other memory hogging, slowdowns. But once it is set up, that is it, I just use it and enjoy!
I have also been extremly satisfied with WinNT, both server and workstation in the past, up to at least NT4. Not that I was that unhappy with Wk2 mind you, just found out that some of my software ran considerably slower on it than Win98.
