I can't find a way to make sure that any new users that I create don't have the IE, Outlook Express, and Connect to the Internet icons on the desktop by default. The desktop icons for IE, etc. aren't in the ALL USERS dir under documents and settings.

Also, how do you do the same thing for the Quicklaunch toolbar?

Hello,

It is not maybe the most original way but it might help. Create one user profile and remove icons and exit the profile. Log on as admin and than simply copy this profile for the each new user.
