i think in the old days it was used like the pause button back on the old 83/84 key keyboards. i remember something like that back in the old DOS 3 days or something.

Theres ONE thing it does
If your in MS Excel, and u have it on, when u press up and down and left and right, it scrolls instead of moves to cells.
I found this out, cuz i thought the school comp was broken cuz it wouldnt move cells w/o mouse clicking.
