Hello there!!
I`ve got a pretty big problem!!
I have my HD in two pratitions, 2GB each..
First I installed Win98 2:nd edition on the c: partition....Then I installed Win95b on my d: .....
Now I can just boot win95....
Any1 who know how to boot win98 after that kind of install?! Is it possible..I think the Win95 install erased all Win98 data from the boot sector on the HD, so it won`t boot win98.....
Thanks for any help...!!

You're going to need a third party Boot Manager program. I'm sure someone will post some links.

Yup, Birdie, W95 rewrote the MBR to boot itself. W98 would have done the same thing. WinNT/2K would have set up a dual-boot MBR. Look here:

Just edit the file msdos.sys (it's hidden) so that the option BootGUI (=windows kernel)=0
Then edit your config.sys and autoexec.bat to have two seperate windows loaders(eg you can choose at boot) (don't remeber the syntax, sorry)
It's a simple yet effective way do to the same time as a bootmanager does, althought it probably only will work with the Win9x family
