how to get the quick lauch tray back?

I have lost the little icons for netscape and others that are usually next to the start button. how do I go about getting this back?

While trying to show you I lost mine.
Try this there is a little vertical bar. Try sliding it left or right and see if it shows. Also try enlarging the task bar by putting your curser at the top of the bar until it turs into a double arrow, then click and slide it up. It will double in size. look for the quick launch space .

If it's just not there, then right click on the task bar, choose toolbars, and then quick launch.

Also make sure that IE4 is enabled under the IE4 tab in TweakUI. The little button bar is one of IE4's features, and with it disabled the bar goes away.

Active desktop is what puts it there.

Actually enabling Active Desktop is a seperate option in TweakUI. The button bar is tied to the IE4 Enabled checkbox.

Oh...that only applies if you use tweakui.

Everytime I ever used tweakui...I ended up causing more problems than fixing things. I learned how to manually edit things to do all I want done instead.
