Try a HP 8100i (CDRW), but any IDE CDR is fine as long as you have a fast reliable CD-ROM and keep your HDD defraged. As long as you keep your devices fast, you won't get buffer underrun errors.

Mitsumi 4x8 w/ 2MB buffer (Pacific Digital) have been on sale here and there for $169 to $179. I have one, and the only coasters that have been created were my mistakes. Full CD copy = 20min
