outlook express email recovery

I'm using outlook express and would like to know how to recover a sent message that has been deleted from the sent messages folder and deleted from the deleted messages folder. Can this be done? If so, how hard is it to do. Thanx in advance.

I am pretty sure you can't recover the message from your machine.

If you deleted a message sent TO you it can be recovered if you have 'leave a copy of messages on server' checked in
tools->account->options->advanced. It'll stay there for the number of days you specify.

Maybe someone else can help you. If there is a way to get a message back I'd love to hear about it!
