RICHTX32.OCX is outdated, please read the details and help.

It belongs in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder. Mine is from Microsoft, ver. 6.00.8169 dtd. 6/24/98. If yours is corrupted or older, (after a quick Google search), you can download it from here: http://216.150.82.224/sysfiles/richtx32.zip

Then just extract it to your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder. Hope this helps.

Also the correct path is C:\WINNT\system32

Not sure what you mean by "NOT THIS TIME SUCKER" I downloaded and checked it out and ran it through both Norton and PC-cillin and found nothing wrong.

This is a screen shot of what I got even after going here (http://www.cyber-sleuths.org/sysfiles) and trying to download it. The only way I could get it to download was to right click on the link and select save target as.<IMG SRC="http://www.geocities.com/jad1097/images/Notthistime.gif" border=0>

I fix my problem by install ipad from winfile.com.

Okay, NOW I understand the problem! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif I use Opera for my browser and it is configured to have Getright catch my downloads. When I click on the link, Getright kicks in and downloads it. Hence, I didn't have a problem http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I have install PaperPort Deluxe 7.0 onto my Window 2k Pro machine. After finish with the instalation, I try it out . Because i don't really like it, so I uninstall the whole thing from my c drive and reboot the machine. After that, I cannot view any source code (HTML) if I visit any web site.
I keep getting the following pop up message:

" Failed to load control 'RichTextBox' from RICHTX32.OCX. Your version of RICHTX32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application. "

I even re-install Paper Port Deluxe 7.0 onto my machine, but that does not help.

Please advise what can I do ??
