Sysopt lost my password

Why is it I have to type my username and password every time I first come on to the discussion board? If I don't the pages take forever to load and it gets annoying.

Go to preferences and click "yes" where is says, "Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year (otherwise you will have to type your username and password once per browser session). http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif

Well I selected that when I registered and it was working and then all of a sudden one day it stopped working.

I just now changed it back, hopefully it won't do it again, but if it does, then I'll know what to do http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif!

Windows stores it for me, not sysopt....
